How long does the whole process take to complete?
A: The production processing time is about 45-60 days after you place your order.
We need 15 days to prepare everything and then 30 days to produce.

How are shipping and delivery dates arranged?
A: Usually we ship by boat. It takes about 25-40 days. It also depends on the country and port you are in. If you need to send goods like in Asia, the time may be shorter.
If there is an emergency, we can ship by air courier, as long as your party covers the transportation costs.
